Family Care partner projects providing AIDS and HIV Care
Unless rich nations step up their efforts to curb AIDS, the U.N. estimates that the disease will kill 70 million people over the next 20 years. 95% of all people with AIDS or HIV live in developing nations, with the countries of sub-Saharan Africa particularly hard-hit. An estimated 15 million children under age 15 have lost their mothers or both parents as a result of AIDS.
